摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive intervention on the level of mental health of soldiers before they rush to plateau. Methods 400 soldiers who rushed to plateau were selected as subjects, then randomly divided into control group (n=198) and comprehensive intervention group (n=202). Both groups of soldiers were evaluated by psychological stress self-evaluation test and perceived stress scale before and after the comprehensive intervention, respectively. Using Pearson method for correlation analysis; using regression for analyzing factors affecting the psychological stress. Results (1) Upon comprehensive intervention, score of the psychological stress [(14.14±3.06)vs (13.69±3.01)], prediction [(5.21±1.59)vs (4.76±1.51)], sense of control [(14.02±2.97)vs (13.79±2.85)] and sense of overload [(12.79±2.78) vs (12.56±2.67)] decreased significantly among the soldiers who rush to plateau (t=3.702,P<0.001;t=7.194,P<0.001;t=2.014,P=0.044;t=2.137,P=0.033). Scores of the psychological stress, prediction, sense of control, sense of overload of comprehensive intervention group before intervention, were significantly lower than those after intervention (t=-5.324,P<0.001;t=-7.195,P<0.001;t=-2.021,P=0.039;t=-2.148, P=0.026). (2) Put the sense of prediction, control and overload into the integrated intervention regression equation of psychological stress (t=8.466,P<0.001;t=5.811,P<0.001;t=3.903,P<0.001), which can explain 24.9% of the variance of psychological stress. Conclusions Comprehensive intervention has a significant effect on improving the psychological health level of soldiers before they rush to plateau.关键词
