中西医结合治疗阴虚风动型脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的疗效评价

Abstract
Objective To evaluated effect of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on treating spastic hemiplegia after type of yin deficiency pneumatic stroke.Methods Using random number table, 110 cases of the patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into three groups: group 1 (n=35), group 2 (n=38) and group 3 (n=37), which were all administered with same basic western medicine and rehabilitation treatment, while group 1 was treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine; group 2 with western medicine; group 3 with traditional Chinese medicine. The changes of the Barthel index, evaluation of Ashworth level and Fugl-Meyer assessment were observed after a period of treatment.Results (1) After a period of treatment, the scores of Barthel index, modified Ashworth scale and Fugl-Meyer assessment were all significantly increased in all the three groups, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05); the modified Ashworth scale score of group 1 is much less than those of group 2 and group 3, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the scores of Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer assessment of group 1 were both higher than those of group 2, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the three indexes were compared between group 2 and group 3, the differences were no statistical significance.Conclusions In the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after spastic hemiplegia after type of yin deficiency pneumatic stroke, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine shows better effects, which is worthy for clinical popularization and application.关键词
