Abstract
The paper introduces a"1+1+1"training management mode of"problem+heuristic training of expert team on site", "demand+labor model studio skill training "and "four new aspects+manufacturersˊ technical support training for knowledge reserve". Furthermore, the paper also elaborates the intension, specific ap-proaches. The training case shows that the management mode turns out to be effective in practice.关键词
