摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze influence of high quality nursing on the curative effect and the cardiac function of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) combination of right heart failure.Method:Eighty cases of DCM with right heart failure patients admitted to our hospital from February 2012 to March 2016 were selected as the objects and randomly devided into two groups,40 patients in the control group were treated by routine nursing intervention,40 patients of the observation group were given high quality nursing care based on the routine nursing intervention.The NYHA classification and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared after the intervention.Result:In terms of the NYHA classification and nursing satisfaction,patients of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the clinical nursing work on patients with dilated cardiomyopathy combination of right heart failure,the application of high quality nursing care can improve the heart function of patients, increase the patient’s nursing satisfaction,which has clinical application value.关键词
