Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of fast track surgery concept on postoperative recovery,inflammatory reaction and immune function in patients with radical operation for carcinoma of stomach.Method:80 patients with gastric cancer selected from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,40 cases in each group.After operation,patients in the control group were given traditional treatment,the study group was given the treatment of fast track surgery on the basis of the control group.Postoperative rehabilitation (bowel sounds recovery time,the first exhaust time,the first defecation time and length of stay),inflammatory reaction (IL-6,TNF-α) and immune function(IgA,IgM,IgG and CD4+/CD8+)were compared between the two groups.Result:The bowel sounds recovery time,the first exhaust time,the first defecation time and the length of stay in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The concentration of IL-6,TNF-α 7 days after operation in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).IgA,IgM,IgG and CD4+/CD8+ 7 days after operation in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fast track surgery can effectively promote postoperative recovery,inhibit inflammatory reaction and improve immune function in patients with radical operation for carcinoma of stomach.关键词
