Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of high flux hemodialysis(HFHD) on calcium-phosphate metabolism and skin pruitus in maintenance hemodiaylsis patients. Method:A total of 80 maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.They were received low flux hemodialysis(LFHD) and HFHD respectively for 6 months respectively.The serum calcium,phosphorus and parathyroid hormone and skin pruitus in these maintenance hemodialysis patients were examined at the baseline and in the follow-up period of 6 months.Result:After treatment for 6 months,there were significant differences in the levels of serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone(P<0.05), but no significant difference in the level of serum calcium in HFHD group(P>0.05).However,the levels of serum calcium,phosphorus and parathyroid hormone were not changed obviously in LFHD group compared to its levels before,the difference had no statistically significant(P>0.05).Furthermore,the differences of serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone in the HFHD group were lower than those of the LFHD group after treatment for 6 months,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),whereas the serum calcium compared to no significant difference(P>0.05).The skin pruitus was improved significantly after changing to HFHD in maintenance hemodialysis patients compared with LFHD groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:HFHD can improve the calcium-phosphate metabolism in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and ameliorate the skin pruitus.关键词
