Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical methods of high efficiency and rapid removal of the root canal filling materials.Method:Eighty incompletely filled maxillary incisors and mandibular premolars with single canal were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,H-file+Desocclusol group, H-file group,ProTaper+Desocclusol group and ProTaper group.Four groups were used in military with nickel titanium root canal instruments for H-file or ProTaper Universal machine,combined or not combined with Desocclusol removing gutta percha assisted solvent removal of root canal in gutta-percha filling material,root canal dredging and root canal preparation,using cold lateral condensation of gutta percha root canal filling pressure method.The percentage of residual fillings in each group were calculated,recording the time from the device to the root canal to the root canal and then ready to complete the use,the postoperative reaction of the patients during the treatment period were scored,finally carries on the statistics analysis,after 2 years of follow-up evaluation of long-term efficacy.Result:In all groups regardless of whether the joint use of Desocclusol except for root canal treatment,root canal residual filling material percentage comparison,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),patients with postoperative reaction,the differences were also had no statistical significance(P>0.05).And Desocclusol use can significantly shorten the operation time of the treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The use of ProTaper two group and two group compared to using H-file,after the treatment,the root canal filling material were significantly reduced,the treatment time were significantly shorter,and the reaction were significantly reduced after the treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:In root canal retreatment,application of ProTaper Universal combined with Desocclusol can significantly increase the cleanliness of root canal,reduce the clinical operation time of retreatment.关键词
