Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of taking Marvelon after induced abortion.Method:200 healthy women who received induced abortion operation in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. After the operation they were treated with Motherwort granule and antibiotics,the control group used condom contraception,the observation group on the day of surgery start taking Marvelon,for a period of six months follow-up,the clinical efficacy and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Result:The menstrual recovery time and duration of bleeding in the observation group were shorter than those in control group,vaginal bleeding amount less than the amount of patients accounted for 88.0%,higher than 68.0% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The abdominal pain,uterine bleeding, uterine cavity adhesion,hypomenorrhea,amenorrhea and unplanned pregnancy of the observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After abortion oral Marvelon can reduce the amount of bleeding,shorten the bleeding time,promote menstrual cramps as soon as possible,avoid the occurrence of intrauterine adhesion even,periodic abdominal pain and other complications.关键词
