Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of the changes of cerebral blood flow by color doppler evaluation of clinical significance for predicting neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Method:42 newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy symptoms and signs in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the experimental group,the other 42 healthy newborns were selected normal birth control group.The changes of cerebral artery blood flow and the structural changes of the brain tissue of the two groups were scanned by Toshiba -790A color doppler ultrasound machine,the differences between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:Observation of neonatal brain tissue in the experimental group found that echo was generally enhanced,the degree was different.The color doppler ultrasound measurement,the experimental group of children with Vs,Vd,Vm were lower than the control group(P<0.05),S/D and RI values were generally higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of color doppler in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral artery blood flow changes is beneficial to the early diagnosis and treatment of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,it is safe and effective,and has high reliability,it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
