Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Helicobacter Pylori Eradication in Elderly Patient with Peptic Ulcer

Abstract
Objective:To explore and evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in helicobacter pylori eradication for elderly patients with peptic ulcer.Method:105 elderly patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital from October 2014 to September 2015 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into the intervention group(53 cases) and control group(52 cases).The control group was given routine drug treatment,while the intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Comparison of two groups of patients with helicobacter pylori eradication rate differences,in order to evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention.Result:The eradication rate of helicobacter pylori in the intervention group was 83.02%,higher than that of the control group(63.46%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori infection in elderly patients with peptic ulcer and helicobacter pylori infection,and it is worth popularizing in clinical nursing work.关键词
