摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of the application of nursing project on the incidence of falls in senile patients in hospital.Method:Three hundred and eighty-five high risk of fall senile patients in our hospital from July 2013 to December 2013 were selected as the control group and were nursed with the usual care,and four hundred and fifty-two high risk fall senile patients in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2014 were selected as the experimental group and were nursed with the nursing project.The ratio of practical appraisal,the incidence of high risk of fall and the fall injury were compared between two groups,while the fall knowledge was compared between the nurses and patients of the two groups.Result:Compared to the control group,the practical appraisal ratio of the experimental group was significantly higher,and the high risk fall ratio and fall injury ratio were significantly lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared to the control group,the pass rate of the fall knowledge in nurse and patient of the experimental were significantly higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of nursing project may decrease the occurrence of in hospital senile patients’falls.关键词
