Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on swallowing dysfunction in elderly patients with stroke.Method:50 elderly patients with stroke in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into observation group and control group, 25 cases in each group.The observation group of patients with nursing intervention measures,the control group patients with routine nursing measures,compared the two groups of patients with nursing effect.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing intervention in improving the swallowing dysfunction of elderly patients with stroke is higher,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,it is worth popularizing.关键词
