Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing management measures in the prevention of pulmonary infection after abdominal operation in elderly patients.Method:58 elderly patients in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2016 were selected,grouping according to different nursing management mode,the intervention group of 30 cases,strengthen the comprehensive nursing management,routine group of 28 cases,the implementation of basic nursing management,compared the two groups of patients with sputum volume and the incidence of pulmonary infection.Result:The routine group of 5 cases (17.86%) with pulmonary infection,the intervention group appeared 1 case(3.33%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing management,the amount of sputum discharge in the intervention group from 1 to 5 days were better than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:To avoid elderly patient with lung surgery suffering lung infection,we suggest strengthening comprehensive nursing management. Through the study of the effective protection of the body’s respiratory tract,the daily sputum volume will be increased,also lung infection problem will be avoided,and the quality of patients with postoperative recovery will be improved.关键词
