Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of insulin pump in the perioperative period treatment of type 2 diabetes.Method:Thirty patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to July 2015 were selected and divided into two groups,15 cases in each group.The control group was given subcutaneous injection with insulin conventionally,while the observation group was subcutaneous injected by the insulin pump.The blood glucose control, insulin dosage and perioperative hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Result:The fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose levels after treatment in both of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and which of the observation group was reduced more obviously than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of blood glucose control in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group,and the insulin dosage of which was significantly less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the perioperative period,the incidence of hypoglycemia of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Insulin pump therapy provides a safe,effective and reliable treatment method for patients with diabetes to spend the perioperative period,it is worth clinical promotion.关键词
