摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the effect of health education intervention on the pregnancy rate of intrauterine insemination women.Method:150 cases of artificial insemination in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected,they were randomly into the observation group and the control group,75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with health education intervention on the basis of conventional therapy,the pregnancy rate was compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,tthe pregnancy rate of the observation group after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but there was a significant increase compared with the control group.Observation group patients give up treatment rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Observation group patients satisfaction of clinical work was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Health education intervention can make the husband’s sperm intrauterine insemination conception rate assumes the trend of escalation,effectively reduce the patients to treatment abandonment rate,but also improve the satisfaction of patients in clinical practice and clinical worthy of further popularization and application.
