Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Gushukang Capsule on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rat about the bone density and metabolism of calcium and phosphorus.Method:120 SD female rats were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,normal group,model group,Xianlinggubao group, Gushukang group,30 rats in each group.The normal group were not given molding operation,the remaining 3 groups were given molding method of the ovaries removal,10 d after operation,administered by drug treatment,the model group were fed with normal saline,Xianlinggubao group were administrated with Xianlinggubao water solvent,Gushukang group were administrated with Gushukang water solvent.After 90 d,the detection of bone mineral density of the 4 groups of rats(BMD),bone mineral content(BMC),serum calcium(Ca),serum phosphorus content(P) and other indicators.Result:Compared with the normal group,the model group rats bone mineral density and bone mineral content were significantly decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating a successful model.Compared with the model group,Xianlinggubao group and Gushukang group rats bone mineral density and bone mineral content were significantly increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with Xianlinggubao group,Gushukang group rats bone mineral density and bone mineral content increased significantly,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,calcium and phosphorus content of model group rats were increased significantly,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the serum calcium and serum phosphorus content of the Xianlinggubao group and Gushukang group were significantly decreased,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with Xianlinggubao group,calcium and phosphorus content of Gushukang group were significantly decreased,there were significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:Gushukang capsule can significantly improve the content of BMD and BMC in osteoporotic rats,decreased Ca and P content in the blood,has certain value in the treatment of the ovariectomized osteoporosis rats.关键词
