摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the self back percussion device in the application and efficacy of neonatal pneumonia.Method:From October 2013 to January 2016,160 cases of neonatal pneumonia were admitted to the Affiliated Ningde Hospital of Fujian Medical University,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,80 cases in each group.The control group was used the traditional artificial hand back method,the observation group was used simple respirator mask knocking back to back.two groups of children with pneumonia symptoms and the hospitalization time were compared.Result:The total effect rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the hospitalization time in the observation was shorter than that in the control group,there were significant differences in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking the self-made knocking back to the chest physical therapy,the effect is better than the traditional manual manual call back expectoration method,can effectively promote expectoration,reduce pulmonary infection,shorten the course of pneumonia,and self back percussion device of easily obtained materials,easy production,real economy use,easy to promote.关键词
