Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of C-reactive protein(CRP),D-dimer and procalcitonin in evaluating severity of acute pancreatitis(AP).Method:The data from 156 patients with acute pancreatitis, who admitted into our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were collected, including mild acute pancreatitis(MAP) group(n=81),moderately severe acute pancreatitis(MSAP) group(n=39) and severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) group(n=36). The levels of serum C-reactive protein,D-dimer and procalcitonin were measured, the scores of BISAP and CTSI were obtained. The correlations between serum C-reactive protein,D-dimer,procalcitonin and BISAP scores,CTSI scores were analyzed.Result:The levels of serum C-reactive protein,D-dimer and procalcitonin were all significantly different in the different groups(P<0.05).The levels of serum C-reactive protein,D-dimer and procalcitonin were all the highest in SAP group, followed by MSAP group, the lowest in MAP group.Serum C-reactive protein,D-dimer and procalcitonin were all positively correlated with BISAP scores(r=0.747,0.743,0.663,P<0.05).Serum C-reactive protein,D-dimer and procalcitonin were all positively correlated with CTSI scores(r=0.903,0.682, 0.709,P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum C-reactive protein,D-dimer and procalcitonin are all positively correlated with the severity of acute pancreatitis, they have important clinical value in judging the severity of AP.关键词
