摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing care in cancer chemotherapy in the deep venous catheter blockage.Method:From April 2012 to April 2014,180 cancer patients with deep venous catheter in our hospital were selected as an object of study,according to different methods of care,they were divided into the study group and the control group.The study group was treated with nursing care,the control group was treated with conventional routine care.The incidence of complications of catheter and catheter blockage rate,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Result:The study group of patients with catheter-related thrombosis,duct blockage blocking incidence rate were significantly lower than those in the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing care in cancer chemotherapy applied deep venous catheter blockage can reduce the incidence of catheter blockage rate and complications,it is worthy of long-term application and promotion.关键词
