循证护理在急性心肌梗死中的应用
Application of Evidence-based Nursing in Acute Myocardial Infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of acute myocardial infarction in our hospital department of Cardiology.Method:210 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the control group was given general routine care,the experimental group was received evidence-based nursing,and the efficiency of the two groups were compared.The incidence of complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The results of the experimental group of nursing care,the effective rate was significantly better than the control group,the complication incidence of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the experimental group of nursing satisfaction(89.5%) was significantly higher than the control group(74.3%),there were statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acute myocardial infarction receives evidence-based nursing,can effectively improve the nursing work efficiency,reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction,the effect is significant,worthy of promotion.关键词
