Abstract
Taking A stilbe chinensis seeds as explants in tissue culture and rapid propagation,the results showed that the leaves formed callus induction of bud and adventitious bud regeneration.MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 0.1 mg/L were the most suitable medium for inducing differentiation,the most suitable medium for MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 0.1 mg/L,the plant was transferred to 1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L,and the rooting rate reached more than 90%.关键词
