采用HNO3-HClO4湿法消解样品,火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定糌粑中的4种微量元素。在仪器最佳工作条件下,FAAS法和ICP-OES法的加标回收率分别在95.49%~100.74%和94.88%~102.99%之间,2种方法的RSD均小于4.19%,2种方法都具有较好的精密度和准确度,结果较为理想。测定结果显示,糌粑中4种微量元素含量依次为Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu,且与人体…查看全部>>

Using HNO3-HClO4 wet digestion,we had measured four kinds of trace elements in Zanba by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS)and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).Under the best working conditions of instrument,the recovery rate of FAAS method and ICP-OES method were between 95.49%~100.74%and 94.88%~102.99%,RSD of two methods were less than 4.19%.Two methods had good precision and accuracy,the results were pretty good.The …查看全部>>
