L(+)-酒石酸生产过程质量控制的快速HPLC同步检测方法研究

摘要
Abstract
The analytical HPLC method that enables rapid quantification of six types of organic acids in the production of L(+)-tartaric acid was established. The results showed that the HPLC optimized conditions were as followsAliquot samples were collected and subjected to HPLC at a flow rate of 1 mL/min using a solution of 5% methanol in phosphate buffer(20 mmol,pH=2.5)as the mobile phase,and injection volume was 10 μL. UV detection was performed at 206 nm,and all runs were carried out at 30℃.As a result,it’s able to accurately quantify the 6 kinds of organic acids,yielding minor variations in batch-to-batch reproducibility.关键词
