摘要

Abstract

This paper discussed teaching content,teaching methods and teaching means of Introduction to Tea,using questionnaires for different professions,different interest groups to change the course content and the proportion of each part of the order,make different groups and teaching content with each other,and realize teaching content and tea production cycle with each other. Using several flexible teaching methods,it interspersed with timely practical aspects of teaching,realizing the organic combination of theoretical study and production practice. According to existing problems,educational reform direction in the future was put forward.
