陕西环秦岭烟叶生态与质量特色评价与定位研究
Research on Evaluation and Orientation of Ecological and Quality Characteristics of Flue-cured Tobacco Around Qinling Mountains in Shaanxi
摘要
Abstract
In order to evaluate and orientate ecology and quality characteristics of flue-cured tobacco around Qinling Mountains in Shaanxi Province,this paper studied the soil and climate index of tobacco region in Shaanxi,and the smoking quality index of tobacco leaf.The results showed that southern Shaanxi belonged to the appropriate region,Baoji belonged to sub suitable area.The fragrance of Baoji tabacco leaf was mainy moderate,part was full-flavorthe fragrance in Shangluo was mainy moderate,part was moderate inclined to strong;the main fragrance in Ankang and Hanzhong was also moderate,part was moderate to clear.Cheracteristic Variety Qinyan 96 had better performance of sensory evaluation in Baoji and Shangluo.关键词
