Cytological Observation of Dual-use Nuclear Sterile Line Rice D38S
摘要
Abstract
Microtechnique was used to observe and study the young ear pollen formation and development process of short day induced male sterile line rice D38S in different time periods.Results showed that in the abortive process of rice DS8S, mononuclear pollen period at meiosis prophase showed significant abnormal phenomena, such as small pollen cell volume, thin cytoplasm, irregular shape of cell nucleus, and sig-nificant nuclear shrinkage.关键词
