郭维琴教授从脾胃论治高脂血症临床经验OACSTPCD
Professor GUO Weiqin’s experience on hyperlipidemia
郭维琴教授认为高脂血症属中医污血病范畴，基本病机为脾虚、痰瘀互阻。郭教授治疗高脂血症注重从脾胃入手，健脾补虚治其本，同时消瘀化痰治其标。临床据兼夹症不同又分为4型进行辨证论治：痰湿内阻型治以健脾化痰祛湿，肝郁脾虚型治以疏肝健脾、养血活血，痰热腑实型治以清热通腑化痰，痰瘀互阻型治以健脾化痰、活血化瘀。
