温阳化痰散结方对裸鼠乳腺癌移植瘤抑瘤作用的观察
The observation of Wenyang Huatan Sanjie Formula on breast cancer transplantation tumor in nude mouse

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Wenyang Huatan Sanjie Formula on the inhibition of breast cancer.Methods 30 nude mice were randomly divided into 5 groups (n =6):model group, tamoxifen group,middle dose group of Wenyang Huatan Sanjie Formula,high dose group of Wenyang Huatan Sanjie Formula and combination group (tamoxifen + middle dose of Chinese medicine).After the estrogen receptor(ER)breast cancer nude mice transplantation tumor model was set up,the model group was given distilled water,tamosifen group was given tamoxifen citrate solution,middle and high dose groups of Wenyang Huatan Sanjie Formula were treated with middle and high dose of the formula, and the combination group was given both tamoxifen citrate solution and middle dose of Wenyang Huatan Sanjie Formula.Continuous medication lasted 15 days and general status,body weight,food intake, tumor weight and tumor inhibitory rate of nude mice were recorded.Results The mental state of nude mice in every group was weak before giving drugs.After taking drugs,the mental state of tamoxifen group and middle and high dose groups of Wenyang Huatan Sanjie Formula was improved.Body weight of mid-dle and high dose groups of Wenyang Huatan Sanjie Formula increased significantly (P <0.05).Food taking of middle dose group of Wenyang Huatan Sanjie Formula was significantly higher than model group and combination group (P <0.05).Tumor weight of tamoxifen group and high dose group of Wenyang Huatan Sanjie Formula were significantly lower than model group(P <0.05 ).Compared with middle dose group of Wenyang Huatan Sanjie Formula,tumor weight of tamoxifen group was decreased signifi-cantly (P <0.05).Tumor inhibitory rate of tamoxifen group,middle and high dose groups of Wenyang Huatan Sanjie Formula,combination group were 47.89%,14.03%,43.07%,25.00%,separately. Conclusion Wenyang Huatan Sanjie Formula could improve the general status and body weight,restrain the growth of breast cancer transplantation tumor in nude mouse,which has a certain correlation with drug dosage.关键词
