“自编自演”学生标准化病人教学模式在中医内科学见习课程中的探索和实践

Abstract
The teaching model of “self-directed and performed”student standardized patients (SSP)was firstly carried out in the probation period of internal Chinese medicine,taking the probationers as subjects and group as unit,which simulated the complete diagnosis and treatment procedure of a patients with cer-tain typical pattern through team cooperation,profile setting and role playing.With the situational teach-ing method involved,the teaching model of “self-directed and performed”SSP achieved good results in increasing probationers’activity and cooperation,acting and decreasing the teaching difficulties,desig-ning the physician characters to improve the communication skills of physicians-patients,designing the patient characters to achieve empathy effects,reducing the deficiency of typical standardized patients and the expenditure on teaching.In addition,the model helped to find out the weakness and improvement method,which has practical significance on teaching.关键词
