城市循环工况下纯电动汽车动力电池包温度场分析
Thermal Behavior Analysis of Pure Electric Vehicle Battery Pack Under Urban Driving Cycles
摘要
Abstract
The heating problem of electric car battery was studied.A new urban mini electric car and its power battery pack were used as research objects.The CFD heating simulation was done and meanwhile,to get the battery’s actual heat data and current date,the vehicle has been tested in the drum to run the urban driving cycle,the single battery’s direct-current resistance has been tested as well.With the repeatedly revision about the model and parameters,similar results were obtained with the experimental simulation results.The result shows that there is overheating of the central portion of the battery pack,which mainly due to less internal heat exchange with the outside world,the poor thermal conductivity of the air and the insufficient flow.关键词
