摘要

Abstract

This paper fully studies the existing PD detection technology and analyzes transmission characteristics of partial discharge signals in the cable. Distributed partial discharge detection technology are proposed by using the high frequency current as the detection method and using wireless or optical fiber as the transmission medium. Through practical application of the field, the test results show that distributed partial discharge detection technology can effectively detect the tiny insulation defects in the cable.
