给水泵入口压力低故障分析与逻辑优化OA
Fault Analysis on Inlet Lower P ressure of Feed Water P ump and Logic Optimization
为了保证火电机组给水泵和整台机组的安全运行,对某厂给水泵入口压力低的原因进行分析,进行了汽动给水泵入口压力逻辑优化及电动给水泵逻辑优化,并给出预防措施。经过改造后,排除了隐患,机组可靠性大大提高,保证了安全稳定生产,为存在类似问题的机组提供参考。
Aiming at the thermal power plant of feed water pump problem frequently, this paper analyzes the reason for the inlet lower pressure of the feed water pump. Logic optimization for inlet pressure of steam⁃driven feed water pump and electric water⁃feeding pump are introduced and the preventing measures are given.
