Compensation of Mass Eccentricity for a Bearingless Switched Reluctance Motor
摘要
Abstract
Due to the mechanical imbalance, mass eccentricity exists in bearlingless switched reluctance motor (BSRM), leading to additional unbalanced radial magnetic force and radial vibration of rotor. Moreover, the vibration would be passed to the stator housing case, which will produce noise, influence the operation performance and limit the speed. In this paper, the principle and influence of mass eccentricity are analyzed. The compensation method based on the coordination transformation and low pass filter is proposed, considering the impacts of analog PID. The unbalanced vibration com- pensation method is realized in a prototype. The results show that, the method could compensate the vibration displacement adaptively atdifferent speeds, to make the rotor spin around the axis of inertia.关键词
