摘要

Abstract

The observation data curve of north-south component of DSQ water tube tiltmeter showed a sharp decline in south, but the data curve of east-west component reveal normality at Xinyang Seismic Station on September 30,2013. The ifeld survey found that the abnormal change caused by road building near the village (the closest distance is less than 20 m),artificially reducing load on the ground changed the external environment, and resulted in abnormal observations. It excluded earthquake precursor anomaly.
