Isolation, screening of phosphate solubilizing capacity of phosphate solubilizing bacteria in Eucalyptus species
摘要
Abstract
To develop microbial compound fertilizer for Eucalyptusplantation, rhizosphere phosphorus ( P ) bacteria were separated and selected from the soil of Eucalyptus salignai, E. Dunnii and E. urophglla×grandis by selective medium. Then strains with most stable solubilizing capacity were further screened. Results showed that there existed about 2. 23 × 104~4. 17 × 104 cfu · g-1 organic phosphate-solubilizing bacteria and 2.05×104~4.00×104 cfu·g-1 inorganic phosphate-solubilizing bacteria in 3 kinds of forest soils. The quantity of bacteria from different stands in a descending order was Eucalyptus saligna, E. urophglla×E.grandis and E. Dunnii. Phosphate solubilizing capacities varied significantly among 12 strains of organic phosphate-solubilizing bacteria and 14 strains of in-organic phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (P<0.05), with available P absorbed by inorganic phosphate-solubilizing bacteria ranging from 55.854 to 367.169 g·mL-1 , and available P dissolved by organic phosphate-solubilizing bacteria ranging from 11.374 to 30. 330 g·mL-1 . There was significantly negative relationship between pH of culture solution and the content of inorganic P solubi-lized by inorganic phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, though pH was not correlated with the content of organic P dissolved by organic phosphate-solubilizing bacteria. Among 26 strains, strain P7 demonstrated the highest capacity in solubilizing inorganic P and strain YP8 was the most efficient in dissolving organic P, which were recommended as microbial fertilizer for Eucalyptus species.关键词
