基于生命周期的开发区土地利用集约度预测
Prediction on land use intensity in development zone based on life cycle
摘要
Abstract
To provide reference for upgrading development zone more rationally, land use intensity of development zone was calculat-ed on life cycle characteristics and temparal data from overlaid data. Basing on this, building and land use densities were predicted on the logic growth curve. Results showed that the predicted values coincided with the actual situation. Development zone expanded quickly during the first 5 a. After operating for 12 a, land use intensities stayed contant or dropped, reaching a saturation value at 82.54%.关键词
