基于MotionView的前悬架试验与优化分析
The analysis of front suspension experiment and optimization based on MotionView
摘要
Abstract
To optimize front suspension for better ride comfort, MotionView/HyperStudy module provided by Altair was applied to adjust coordinates of internal and external tie rod ball joints of front suspension. Based on the main effect and its interactions with variable parameters, an optimized model of hinge point of the front suspension was proposed. Referring to curves of front and rear beam angle of front suspension, curves from the optimized system coincided with the target curve better.关键词
