集材绞盘机新型摩擦卷筒试验与仿真分析
Design and simulation analysis on a new friction drum of forest yarder
摘要
Abstract
To solve the problem of traditional yarder that is low in traction, a V-shaped groove was modified to friction roll based on mechanical analysis, and followed by simulation test to optimize the parameters for best performance. Result indicated the V-shaped groove increased the equivalent friction coefficient and traction of friction roll significantly. Traction was inversely proportional to the angle of V-shaped wedge, based on which an empirical equation between them was established according to quadratic fitting method. In conclusion, with smaller volume and lighter, weight V-shaped groove is likely to be an excellent alternative to traditional twined roll.关键词
