摘要

Abstract

Objective The purpose of the study was to investigate the level of blood physiological values for SD rats between special ex-perimental animal blood cell analyzer and medical blood cell analyzer. Methods 200 g weight SD rats (18 male and 18 female) were chosen and fed in SPF environment, which fasted before experiment and blooded after anesthesia. The blood samples were collected and tested for physiological values using special experimental animal blood cell analyzer and medical blood cell analyzer, and the re-sults of two groups were compared.Results There were extremely significant differences in HGB, MCH, WBC, LYMP, MONO, BASO, NEUT%, MONO%, EOS%, BASO%, LYMP%, PLT and PDW of SD rats between special experimental animal blood cell analyzer and medical blood cell analyzer (P<0.01). There were significant differences in MCHC, NEUT and RDW of SD rats between special ex-perimental animal blood cell analyzer and medical blood cell analyzer (P<0.01). However, there were not significant differences in RBC, HCT, MCV and EOS (P>0.05). Conclusions Thus, the results suggested that different detecting instruments could influence some blood physiological values of SD rats.
