摘要
Abstract
Glucose transporter 1 (Glut1) belongs to the glucose solute carrier family 2A, and the regulation of cellular glucose transport and glucose metabolism are the major function of it. hTe Glut1 provides enough glucose and ATP for the regulation of glucose transport and glucose metabolism for the proliferation, invasion and migration of cancer cells, and the expression of it is signiifcantly increased in tumor cells. hTerefore, regarding Glut1 as a therapeutic target might interfere in glucose metabolism of malignant tumor cells and provide a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of the malignant tumor.关键词
