摘要
Abstract
Oral cancer is a common malignant tumor in oral surgery, and it is easy to metastasis and the prognosis is not so optimistic, long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a kind of endogenous transcript, the length of which is greater than 200 nucleotides, lacking speciifc and complete open reading frame, without protein coding capacity. Originally, it was thought to have no biological functions, but with the development of biology technology, it plays an important role in regulating gene expression on epigenetic, transcriptional and post-transcription level, which affects the body's growth, development, aging and death, and other important life activities and the initiation and progression of diseases. Recently, studies show that the invasion, metastasis and prognosis of oral cancer are closely related to the expression level of lncRNA. So in this review, we discussed lncRNAs that are associated in OSCC, exploring the relationship between lncRNA and the initiation and progression of oral cancer, looking for suitable oral cancer biomarkers, providing new treatment and strategies for patients with oral cancer.关键词
