微波辐射合成乙酸异戊酯的工艺研究
Study on Synthesis of Isoamyl Acetate under Microwave Irradiation
摘要
Abstract
Under microwave irradiation isoamyl acetate was synthesized with acetic and isoamylol as raw materials, sulfuric acid as the catalyst. According to the single-factor experiment, the method of orthogonal design (L9(34)) was adopted to determine the optimum conditions. The optimum conditions were as follows: the mole ratio of isoamylol and acetic was 1∶3.0, microwave time was 14 min, microwave power was 500 W. The experiments were repeated under the optimum conditions, it was showed that the experiment had good reproducibility and high yield, and the average yield was 85.0%. The product was characterized by IR.关键词
