Abstract
An solid phase extraction and ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method was established for the determination of Norfloxacin and Ofloxacin in water. The sample purified by HLB SPE column, and was separated on a reversed phase column by acetonitrile (containing 0.1%formic acid) and 0.1%formic acid solution and then detected by positive electrospray ionization under multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry and then detected by UPLC-MS/MS under electrospray ionization, positive ion scan, multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode, fixed quantity with external standard. The results showed that Norfloxacin and Ofloxacin at 2~100mg/L concentration ranged a good linear relationship, blank samples spike drecoveries were greater than 85%, the relative standard deviation was less than 10%. Norfloxacin and Ofloxacin method detection limits (LOD) were all 0.5 ng/mL and 2 ng/mL, respectively. The method wasaccurate, sensitive, and the operation was relatively simple and effective to reduce matrix interference, suitable for determination of Norfloxacin and Ofloxacin in water.关键词
