三醋酸纤维素/醋酸纤维素正渗透膜的制备工艺对性能的影响
Performance Effects on Preparation Process of Cellulose Triacetate/Cellulose Acetate Forward Osmosis Membrane
摘要
Abstract
Series of osmosis membrane were prepared by phase inversion method with cellulose acetate and cellulose triacetate as membrane materials, and explored three important factors affecting water flux of forward osmosis membranes:The thickness of membrane, the gel time and the heat treatment process. The results show that the best technological conditions for preparing forward osmosis membrane is that the thickness is 300mm, gel time is 48 h and through heat treatment process. The water flux of forward osmosis prepared by these technological conditions reach 7.088 L/m2·h.关键词
