Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of functional rehabilitation training combined with donepezil on nervous system function and rehabilitation process in mild and moderate Parkinson’s disease with dementia(PDD)patients .Methods One hundred cases of mild and moderate dementia patients in our hospital from January 2012 to 2015 January were selected as the research objects ,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method ,50 cases in each group . The control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride ;observation group was given cognitive rehabilitation training group on the basis of control group .Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)was used to assess the cognitive function before treatment and after treatment of 4 ,8 and 12 weeks .At the same time ,the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS) was used to assess the severity of PD patients .Results The clinical total effective rate was significantly higher in the observa‐tion group than that in the control group ,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);MoCA ,spirit ,behavior and mood score ,exercise test score in the two groups after treatment were statistically significant than those before treatment (P<0.05);MoCA ,spirit ,behavior and mood score ,exercise test score in observation group after treatment were statistically signifi‐cant compared to the control group(P<0.05) .Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with donepezil in the treatment of PDD is effective and faster .关键词
