Abstract
Objective To investigate the function and relations of plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY)and neurotensin(NT)in acute cerebrovascular disease .Methods The NPY and NT contents in plasma were determined by radioimmunological technol‐ogy in patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases ,and were compared .Results The levels of NPY and NT in plasma of pa‐tients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01) .Compared to the patients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases in minor group and moderate group ,the plasma levels of NPY and NT of severe group were significant higher(P<0.01) .The contents of NPY in plasma of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01) .The contents of NT in plasma of patients with ische‐mic cerebrovascular diseases were lower than those in control group (P<0.05) .Compared to the patients with ischemic cere‐brovascular diseases in minor group and moderate group ,the plasma levels of NPY and NT of severe group were significant higher(P<0.01) .Conclusion The levels of NPY and NT in plasma both increase during acute cerebrovascular disease .These changes are correlated to the degree of acute cerebrovascular disease .These changes can be regarded as factors to decide prog‐nosis of patients in early stage .关键词
