Abstract
Objective To investigate the related risk factors of arteriovenous cerebral infarction after craniocerebral trauma .Methods We retrospectively analyzed clinical data from 169 cases with moderate-severe craniocerebral trauma in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2014 and performed univariate analysis and multiple-factor Logistic regression analysis to summarize the related risk factors of arterial and venous injuries .Results Univariate analysis showed that age≥60 years old , mydriasis ,midline shift≥10 mm ,central pool disappearance ,GCS scores≤8 points ,associated injuries and low blood pressure were the risk factors for arterial infarction (P<0.05) .And associated injuries ,superficial cerebral venous injury and the in‐crease of D-dimer value were risk factors for venous infarction (P<0.05) .Multiple-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that hypotension and mydriasis were independent risk factors for arterial cerebral infarction (P<0.05) and superficial cerebral venous injury was the independent risk factor for venous cerebral infarction (P<0.05) .Conclusion We should take precau‐tions and interventions against the respective independent risk factors of arterial and venous cerebral infarctions .关键词
