Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effects and features of acupuncture combined with madopar in the treatment of Parkinson's disease .Methods We recruited 120 cases with Parkinson's disease treated in our hospital from March 2012 to April 2015 and conducted this retrospective analysis .All cases were divided into control group and study group ,60 ca‐ses in each group .Patients in control group received conventional treatment and others in study group received acupuncture and madopar .Then we explored clinical efficacies of two groups .Results The overall effective rate in study group (95.00% ) was significantly higher than that in control group(76.67% ) ,with a statistical difference(P<0.05) .The occurrence rates of dry mouth ,constipation ,insomnia ,nausea ,heart palpitations ,transaction ,wearing-off phenomenon ,switching phenomenon ,irritabil‐ity ,mental disorders and other adverse reactions in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion The combination therapy of acupuncture and madopar can play an effective role in Parkinson's disease , which can tremendously improve clinical symptoms and efficacy with less adverse events and have an important clinical value and significance .关键词
