地塞米松冲击治疗结核性脑膜炎疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of dexamethasone pulse therapy which was applied to tubercu‐lous meningitis .Methods 60 cases with tuberculous meningitis were selected and divided into two groups .30 cases in control group were treated by conventional anti-TB treatment ,and other 30 cases in observation group received dexamethasone pulse therapy on the basis of the control group .Then the routine examination and biochemical indicators of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) , the time of fever andcoma ,hospitalization stays and adverse events in two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared .Results Before treatment ,the routine examination and biochemical indicators of CSF showed no significant differ‐ences between the two groups (P>0.05) ,but after treatment ,which were obviously improved in two groups and the observa‐tion group got better improvement(P<0.05) .The time of fever and coma as well as hospitalization stays in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05) .In terms of occurrence of adverse reactions ,signifi‐cant differences were found between two groups(P<0.05) .Conclusion The clinical efficacy of dexamethasone pulse therapy on tuberculous meningitis is remarkable ,which is worthy ofapplication and promotion .关键词
