The Extraction of Total Polyphenol from Needle Mushroom with Surfactant Assisted Microwave Extraction Technology
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the surfactant assisted microwave extraction was adopted to the extraction of total polyphenol from needle mushroom. The analysis method of total polyphenols from needle mushroom was established. After the orthogonal test, the best extraction technology conditions shows: SDS 4.0 g/L, Particle size 120,microwave extraction time 180 s, liquid to solid ratio 50 mL/g. Under this condition the yield of total polyphenol was 0.703%.关键词
